Changes!

We are making some changes around here. I'm looking at all potential changes in a positive light.

Our first change is possible job changes. With the postal service changes coming in August we do not know if I will continue at the post office. Not by choice but because they may not need me anymore on Saturdays. However, if I no longer have my hours on Saturdays, that cuts my week down to 4 hours. Not worth the work drama for 4 hours. So, I'm working on my Mary Kay business more now than I was before. Mary Kay is going to have to become my sole income! And I'm going to go all the way! Building my customer base and looking for team members everywhere! I'm praying this work out for us. Marty is also contemplating other places and different schedules in his current job. With any of these changes, I could also have to quit the post office, so it's a good thing that I have a back up.

The second change that's being made is a healthy one. We're trying to get back to healthier eating habits and exercising. More home cooked meals and a lot of fruits and veggies! I even have gotten Mackenzie doing yoga, Pilates and biking with me. It's nice to be able to have the kids join in and give them something to do as well. Plus, it's such a mood booster for me. When the kids and I don't have a good day, I love doing a workout once there in bed and instantly I'm in a better mood! I'm going to stick to it. I think this time I'm actually committed!

Other than those, there's nothing much more new around here. Mackenzie's dance recital is the first Saturday in May! It's coming up quick and it's going to be so cute to see!

Have a good week!

Life

We have not done anything exciting, different, fun, new, etc. nothing. Just our normal routine, same old thing.

However, Cameron's talking like crazy and loves playing with his sister. They were wrestling today and they're so closely matched in size, it's a fair match! It was great to watch :)

Mackenzie is a normal 3 year old. Testing her limits and making Marty and I crazy! But she's dancing like a dream and I can't wait until her recital in May! We even bought her the real ballet shoes to break in before May! She even told me, "I want to be a ballerina when I grow up." I know she's only 3 and her plan will probably change, but I love to know she already has dreams :)

Even though my kids drain every last ounce of energy out of me by the end of the day, and test every limit that is set, I'm quite happy with how things have turned out so far!
